When life feels full, come find a little space
_edited.png)
Quiet Hour is a membership for a gentle online gathering where you return to twice a month to slow down, relax, reconnect, and let your creativity flow. No pressure, no performance, no need to be "good at art."
Think of it as spending time with me at the farmhouse during my creative practice.
A relaxed circle where we settle into something serene together.
90 minutes - Every 2 weeks - Follow suggestions for things to make, draw, doodle, paint, or decide to do your own thing, or even just sit and read.
Anyway, pull up a chair, join us where gentle conversation flows naturally in a safe and peaceful setting, and feel yourself being held by all of us. I'll guide you through simple prompts that help you breathe, settle, and reconnect to that quiet inner space that often gets buried under daily noise.
What you’ll experience
A soft, guided flow — part meditation, part gentle art
A sense of calm, lightness and spaciousness by the end of the session
A renewed connection to your intuitive, creative side
Time to simply BE — not produce, perform, or fix anything.
ZERO prerequisite, no artistic skills needed!
Something in me softened during this hour. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding until I began to draw.
The slowness felt safe, almost sacred. I came away with a quiet kind of joy.
It was like breathing space for my mind — I felt safe and restored.

FAQs
Do I need to be artistic or "creative" to join?
No. Quiet Hour isn't about talent or technique. It's about slowing down and letting your hands move without pressure. Stick figures, scribbles, patterns, or simply sitting quietly — all welcome.
What do I need to bring?
First, yourself. Then, a pen, pencil, or marker. Some paper - in fact, whatever supplies are needed for the activity you've chosen. That's enough.
What happens during Quiet Hour?
We begin with gentle grounding and breathing to help you settle. Then as you create, I guide you through simple prompts you can follow in your own way, at your own pace. There's space for quiet, reflection, gentle conversation, and just being. No pressure to talk or share — ever.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
Definitely no, cameras are always optional. Be present in whatever way feels safest or most comfortable.
Your microphone, your choice too - on or muted.
What if I don't feel like creating that day?
Completely fine. You can simply listen, rest, or sit quietly. Nothing is required of you. Often times, inspiration comes in unexpected ways!
Is this art therapy or a class?
No. Quiet Hour is not therapy, not a workshop, and not a class. It's a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through gentle creative movement.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes, definitely. Quiet Hour is held online on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are.
What if I can't make one of the sessions?
Replays are available for all members for the next two weeks.
How often do we meet?
Twice a month, 90 minutes each time.
Is this a one-off or ongoing?
Quiet Hour is a membership — return to this space regularly as part of your life rhythm.
Do you provide payment plans?
Always. Choose "Klarna" at checkout and you're all set.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely.

Still unsure?
You don’t need to be ready.
You don’t need a reason.
You don’t need a problem to fix.
If something in you feels tired, tight, or quietly craving space, that’s enough.
Quiet Hour isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to yourself.
Come as you are.
It'll be my pleasure to welcome you virtually
