Who are the calls for?
Originally called "Sisterly Calls," these informal, 40-minute long mutual support gatherings are now called Kinship. To quote Maryam Hasnaa, "The call to be in community is stronger than ever because the future is relational. (...) healing, regeneration, and new ways of being cannot be done in isolation."

​​What started the calls?

The awareness that women's rights and health are under siege, and even more so for women of color. Being both, I felt called to host these gatherings, to share with and support one another. Now more than ever, our strength and resilience depend on our unity. Being connected deeply and authentically has never been so key to our mere existence. Facilitating connection and community is no easy feat but we can all try, we can all participate, and it's up to all of us.  

It's important for me to offer a safe space for us to gather, regroup, think and have energizing conversations together, no matter where and who you are, as long as you are a kind and supportive human.
 

Time?​

We gather at 7.30 AM PT / 10.30 AM ET /  4.30 PM CET. ​

What happens during the calls?
I hold space for 40 minutes. We talk, we laugh, we share stories, we support one another, that's just it. That's my act of rebellion. No, we don't have to talk politics either, as long as we provide that mutual support, it is all that matters.

You're welcome to join any time, and to leave whenever you feel like it, I will keep the light on for the 40 minutes for sure, 60 maybe if there's more of us. No formality, just us as we are.

I don't know where this is going but what I know is that it'll be called to evolve and we will do so when the time comes.

It's a FREE call! ​​​​

There is no charge for this call, it's something I want to do to help women rise up. Because it's time. Things need to change and the only way we will stand through this is together. Our collective strength is what will make the difference. This is a free event and time from my personal time credit on earth, all I ask is that you please attend if you register.
